My Approach
I consider my approach to therapy as eclectic, tailoring each session to the needs of the person I'm meeting with. I utilize a strengths-based approach to connect with the individuals I'm working with and often draw from various therapeutic approach to lead our sessions.
I have training in Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Mindfulness. I also use concepts of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy that I've learned through experience and professional development.

About me
My name is Caroline, and I'm a registered Social Worker currently practicing in-person therapy in the province of New Brunswick. I have also been approved to provide therapy services virtually in the province of Nova Scotia, Ontario, and of course New Brunswick.
I've been a social worker since 2010 and have been offering therapy services to school-aged youth since 2018.
